I will be using the money to pay off my vehicle which is in my husbands name. The remainder will be used to help with my son’s medical expenses. He has a traumatic brain injury and poor insurance. As I am writing this he is in the neuro surgery department having brain surgery/facial reconstruction. My daughter also had serious medical issues and had to have help. My son has 1 more brain surgery after the one today and we need the money to make sure he gets it. Prior to the last several years with all of the medical bills I had a credit score that was 800+ and had remained that way prior to this situation.
