Seeking $65,000 mortgage/loan to complete an Owelty of Partition transaction for my primary residence. The home was jointly inherited by myself and co-owners. The property was recently appraised at $93,000. Under our formal buyout agreement, I am acquiring all remaining ownership interests from the co-heirs so that I may hold 100% sole title to the property.
The proceeds of this $65,000 loan will be disbursed through escrow/title directly to the co-owners to satisfy the agreed equity buyout terms and satisfy the Owelty lien created by the deed. Upon closing, the Owelty lien will be fully released, leaving the lender in first-lien position and vesting full title in my name
