Home Trust & Savings Bank has been in the same family for over one hundred years. It started on November 6, 1899, when the bank received its charter and opened for business in the east room of the Cleveland Building, just west of the Merchants Hotel in Osage, Iowa. The bank occupied this location until 1937

The Farmers Savings Bank story began on January 26, 1907 in Colesburg, Iowa. Fifty seven years later, the Juergens Family acquired the bank in November of 1964, & since then we have expanded to Elkport, Strawberry Point & Arlington.

F&M Bank was established in 1925 in Manchester, Iowa. F&M Bank continues to be a locally owned and operated financial institution. In 1994, F&M Bank expanded into the Cedar Rapids metro market area and in 2004, established an office in Anamosa. In 2010, F&M became an interstate bank with the addition of the Vadnais Heights.
